Solid White West Coast Frame Tent - 20'x40' (seats a maximum of 96 people)

Our 20x40 heavy duty frame tents, installed by experienced staff, are one of our most popular for weddings, graduation parties or any special event. The difference between pole tents & frame tents is frame tents have no center poles. With no center pole, this allows for maximum use of tent space.  

“Price includes tent set up and tear down of tents. Chairs, tables, sidewalls & lighting available for an additional charge.

Frame tents can be set up on grass, pavement or asphalt.

Note:  When set up on pavement or asphalt, concrete blocks weighs are needed to secure the tent for an additional charge. For concrete blocks weights ask our sales team for availability.

  • RAIN POLICY: You can reschedule your rental due to rain at no extra cost as long as 24 hour notice is given.
  • OCCUPANCY: A maximum of 5-6 kids of equal size at one time for bounce houses, and 1 person at a time for slides is what most inflatable manufacturers recommend.
  • CLEANING: All units are cleaned and sanitized before use.
